Shipping & Returns
Online purchases are eligible for return and refund within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received back to the store in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Gift cards, original art, furniture, vintage pieces and lighting are final sale and ineligible for return.
If you wish to return your online order, please email: email@example.com with your order number and reason for the return. We are not responsible for and do not offer free return shipping. Please send your return item to our shipping address listed below. Once we receive your returned item, we will refund the credit card that made the initial purchase for the purchase amount not including original shipping costs.
Local Delivery & Porch Pick Up
We offer local delivery services and porch pick up. Both options are available at checkout. Local delivery requires an order minimum of $100.
If there is an item you saw in the store or on Instagram and would like to purchase via phone, please feel free to give us a call at 303-809-3362. We can process your purchase over the phone and set aside your purchase for you to pick up.
If your purchase arrives damaged, please immediately take photos of the damaged products as well as the shipping boxes and email them along with order number to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send a replacement as quickly as possible and file a claim for you as well.
Sending A Gift
We are happy to gift wrap and/or write a card on your behalf. Just add your instructions for us in the "Special Instructions" box on your cart page.
